Horrible experience at this location. I brought in my TAG for servicing for it's automatic movement mechanism, however the automatic movement mechanism STILL isn't working properly two years later!?!? I brought it in. They said they sent it to TAG. I got it back a few months later. Then I measured it's accuracy over the next month or so, and each time I've had to bring it back in because the piece was still either gaining or losing a significant amount of time over a month. In fact, I reset the time last week, and after one week of use it's already running five minutes fast. To date, I've brought it back in probably every 2-3 months for the past two years, and it's still not working correctly. I'm not sure why they say they're servicing it, yet it still doesn't work. One of the saleswomen even had the balls to try and sell me a new watch instead!



I'll never go back there again!
