I bought my Tiguan from those folks and they were super... but, damn! The service group is AMAZING! They are prompt, friendly, courteous, and just the best. Matt W.,the service manager, is a GREAT guy.

Please Beware of the service department at this location. I had a motor replaced for 4700 and it failed after 28 days. After I took it back, I was told the motor was purchased without a labor warranty and I would be charged 1800 additional labor to replace the 28 day motor...This location wanted 6500 to replace a motor on a 10,000 automobile. Please Beware!!!

I just purchased a 2014 VW C.C R-line at Nalley VW Alpharetta.

The Manager Clarence Cheung was very professional and genial, and the sells agent Cris was also great. I was thinking of buying a C.C sport when I walked into their dealership, but all the sport were sold out at that time. With their excellent service and honest about the price, I finally made the decision to buy a C.C R-line in their dealership. It was a great buying experience with Nalley.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had, period. I live just over four hours away from Alpharetta and the folks at Nalley Volkswagen were patient and courteous with me every single step of the way.
