I've been there once and it SUCKED. The nurse that called me back and asking me what meds I'm currently taking then asked me to spell it. You would think a nurse would know how to spell ADVAIR. Then she wrote it on a paper towel before writing it in my chart. Luckily it wasn't something hard for me to pronounce much less spell.



The billing department did not submit the referral from my PCP to Aetna. I had to do that on my own.



The xray tech had the personality of a drill sergeant. FOLLOW ME. without telling me I needed xrays.



The doctor gave me a prescription and when I tried filling it at Walgreens, they told me the dr needed to call the insurance company to get it approved. They warned me that they have problems with this doctor calling the insurance company and that many of the prescriptions go unfilled.



The only reason I went there is because the appt I had with my PCP was cancelled because my doctor called in sick.
