Olga Watness - highly knowledgeable and trendy (it is very important at some aspects) about staging, casting, music, catering. The video/photo production team is truly highest level professionals. All above said - it was great experience in organizing high-end fashion show. Thank you, Olga.

Event arranged by Olga Watness of Pure Red Events was a huge success and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Prior to this, I had attempted three promotional events at my small medical spa which were not nearly as cost effective.

I sent out over 75 invitations, spent money on party gifts, food and wine, and also went to considerable effort in physically setting things up and then cleaning up afterwards. Although the turn out at each one averaged about 50, I didn’t get a lot of business in terms of people buying products or booking services. I spent more than I ever recouped.



Olga’s event was much easier and more profitable. The difference is the personal involvement she invests in organizing the event. Instead of mailing out invitations, she calls each prospective guest to personally invite them to the event. She explains its purpose, gives them directions, and then follows up a day or two in advance to remind them and confirm their attendance. She told me exactly how to prepare for the evening and promised that there would be 50% booking after our party..but it was 75%!



Olga’s connections, organizational skills, personality, and reputation are a winning combination. She endorses what she believes in, does what she says she’s going to do, and it works. I’ve already scheduled our next promotional party.
