Jose F. Henriquez, the owner of this business, has not satisfied the services he contracted and that I have paid.



On 2/22/2014 Jose and his crew came to my house to down several trees on my property. In our contract Jose is responsible for grinding the stumps of each tree downed. On the day of service Jose told me that his muffler was broken on his stump grinder and that once he received his replacement part and installed it - he would come back out to grind my tree stumps on Tuesday February 25th 2014. On Tuesday I left a $1,800 check in Jose s business name for services rendered. Upon arriving home that night I noticed stumps were still in my yard.



I called Jose, which is now very hard to get in touch with, to ask about the remainder of work to be done. He stated he did not receive his muffler yet and that once received he would be back out on Saturday. Saturday came and went without Jose calling, texting, or stoping by.



After finally getting in touch with Jose, the following week, he indicated that he needed my utilities marked and that he put a ticket in for GA811 to come and mark my utilities. Everyday of that week I came home to find that no lines were marked. After getting in touch with Jose, (still a hard guy to get in touch with), he gave me the number to call for the status of my ticket. Upon calling in to Georgia 811 I came to find out that there was never a ticket entered for my address.



As of 4/3/2014 Jose does not answer/return my phone calls. Jose F. Henriquez has not proven to be an honest contractor that stands by his word. He took my money and has been attempting to avoid completing the work he agreed to do.



Additionally, at the time of contract signing I offered him more work in landscaping my yard - adding fill dirt, installing sod, water drainage mitigation, overall yard improvement...Jose couldn t even get the sod ordered without an excuse.



You should not do business with this company!

The prices are unbeatable and the company is reliable and responsible. Highly recommended
