I took my Westie here after discussing with the receptionist that I wanted to ensure that the groomer could and did cut West Highland Terriers. I was assured that I the groomer was very experienced in grooming this breed. Once I arrived, I once again discussed with the groomer that I wanted to get the "Summer Westie Cut". She examined my nervous 10 month old puppy she stated she could do this. When I picked my dog up, she was acting even more nervous. She also looked like a rat and her hair was unevenly shaven on her body. I payed and quickly left. When we arrived home she would not allow me or my fiance to pet or hold her and she was very aggressive.Later she calmed down with a treat. At this moment I saw small scrapes and bald spots showing her delicate pink skin.In talking with the manager via phone I stated how disturbed I was at the cruelty to my dog.I was given my money back and told this groomer would be reprimanded. I strongly advise to never take your dog here!

Took my dog in for grooming. The groomer sliced her open. It took eight stitches to close the wound. When I called to complain the person in charge informed me another dog had it's era cut the same day. Dangerous Groomer!!!
