Great Company to do Business with I was skeptical about on line review when I went to their website www.YesSirServices.com I saw over 950+ Review online well satisfied customer from home home advisor may be the Yelp review was don by competitor I'm well satisfy with my carpet stretching and carpet cleaning I hired them again to refinish my wood floor great job YesSir Services

I contacted this company to do a carpet installation. They provided me an invoice for materials and installations and included at 40% discount. After I made my appointment, set my time aside to get it taken care of, Lee realized his mistake. The total cost quoted was less that the cost of materials. So he got upset and rude with me b/c he quoted me incorrectly and called off the job 2 hours prior to installation, asking me if I want the job done for free, although I am not the one who wrote up the invoice! I originally paid a $100 deposit 2 days prior to installation in which he agreed to refund. He told me it should take a few business days and it has now been over 5 business days. I reached out to him and he told me it is just $100 and told me he didn't like my conversation as if I'm not supposed to want my refund. Not once did he offer to contact his processor to see if they processed the refund. I'm in the business I KNOW how these things work. Then proceeds to tell me that he is going to post my name and address information online so that other contractors don't do business with me. Stay away from this unprofessional business.

Stay far away from using this company for any of their services! I had my carpet stretched and "cleaned" They made numerous cuts in the carpet, but the "cleaning" was the worst part. They take a spray bottle and lightly spray the carpet and then use an orbital buffer on the top of the carpet. They claim that when you vacuum 2 days later, all of the dirt comes up. It doesn't. I never thought that a "professional" carpet cleaning service would use something that doesn't steam and suck up the dirt, but they do not. VERY ineffective cleaning process. I called the company to complain about the subpar cleaning and they will not return calls and will not honor their 100% satisfaction guaranteed claim on their site. I requested a refund on the cleaning, and they will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

They lie about everything.

Stay far, far away from these con men! Had to pay $5,000 to have my bathroom REDONE after they tiled it incorrectly & the tiles began falling off the wall!!! They won't respond to you once you give them a check.



They want a check before the grout even dries so they could disappear before the tiles begin to fall off!!!

Yessir fixed my carpet perfectly! I had ink stains from a dog that chewed on a pen! You could never tell now. I am so grateful and recommend them highly!

Stay completely away from Yes Sir Services. Our hardwoods floors were runied by them. It cost a $4000 to have their mess fixed. If you try to get in touch with them after the job, you spend days tracking them down. They are not true to their word. Terrible work. They talk a big game to get your business. Do not even get an estimate from them.

Just say NO Sir to Yes Sir Services!!! I found this company on Service Magic, which normally refers wonderful contractors. But this time I was very disappointed. Lee was the technician who worked on our carpet...BIG MISTAKE !! He boasted and bragged about how great his work is, andt how he makes sure that the customer is 100% satisfied. But when I expressed my dissatisfaction with his workmanship he became extremely defensive and began to argue with me. His workmanship is very poor and his customer service skills are lacking. Also, he failed to charge us the advertised price on their website. Instead we were charged $21 more per room!!!!! We will never use this company again or refer them to anyone!!!
