I am beyond dissapointed with the overall business from this facility! I have uploaded pictures of the flower arrangement I ordered and paid for and the arrangement actually delivered. Did I understand it would not look exactly the same, yes I did. Did I check "ok" to substitute with flowers available, yes I did. But how does 6 flowers delivered compare anywhere near to the arangement advertised?? So i called to voice my concers saying I was aware they were not going to place a half dozen roses but thet they could've added a few more of the cheaper flowers and was encountered with a lady saying she was well aware of the difference in pictures and that they dont base themselves by what is pictured online but by the amount of money you pay. That I had paid for a $35 arangement and that is what they delivered and they they always apologize to everyone for thinking different, thanked me for calling to voice my concern and then hung up in me. Are you kidding me?? I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. The arangement was a joke and so was the service. This facility should be legally reprimanded for false advertisement as I am sure Im not the only one that has encountered this issue, or at least thats what the employee told me. I have since called repeatedly to catch the name of the employee or speak w/the manager/owner and they are no longer answering my calls.
