Great people.

Charles Terry Construction has roofed my house three times in the last 17 years. Not once have I had an expierence like yours. I tak to the same lady every time I call and she has always been pleasant. My insurance only wanted to pay for one side of my roof but Paul took over with them and got the whole roof replaced as it should have been to begin with! I wonder if the unhappy poster just didn't want to pay the bill?? Most business owners don't talk to customers that way and certainly not the company I have been dealing with for so long. Give this company a try, they have always done a good job for me. Gotta love that dog

Charles himself had the nerve to use profanity with me on the phone when I tried to resolve an issue with him about his staff. There are plenty of other roofers in this area, my advice find one that actually cares about their customers and treats them with respect.
