This business also goes under the name "Harry Miller Appliances" and they are the only game in town for Speed Queen since the Speed Queen distributor for Plass Appliances went out of business. The sales process was easy, though the cashier is grumpy. After taking a day off work for delivery, we had to call for an update only to be told that they were running late and wouldn't be there until 6-9 pm. Delivery and installation was over $100. The installers used the foil accordion vent tube from the old dryer. You'd think for the price they would have brought a new one. Also, although they carried the old appliances away, they left the big boxes for them outside our house, which means we had to pay for garbage stickers to have them taken away. But for the fact that Speed Queen is a great brand and this firm seems to be the ony retailer around who sells them, we definitely were not impressed with their customer service or installation.
