Went there with my daughters volleyball team after a game for ice cream right before closing to dine in and the employees there were so accommodating and nice to all of us and even interacted with the kids!!!!!

I stopped there on my way home from a 2 hr drive and the service was horrible! It took them 5 mins to answer the drive threw and then once I places my order they were so rude & ripped the mo ey out of my hand. I got my food home and my frys were half gone and my Big Mac was all over the place. Never again will I go there.!!

I have been a long time consumer of many mcdonald's stores in southside area. Store 3209 is by far the dirtest most unprofessional store. I spen a minimum of 75.00 a week, and it seeems that evry location ,makes up thier own rules. My 78 year mother wanted extra croutons your manager callled the police because I insisted that on othe occasions they were given to me for FREE. Do you think it's possible that I could get a decent meal with extra croutons after spending 42.00 in one sitting.



Why did'nt your incompenant manager just difuse the situation and give us the croutons. Why do you insist on changing rules for different stores, or is it just mexican customers, you don't like?



I would a response to this matter, was it necessary for your manager VICKI to call the police on a mother with 3 kids under 13 and her 78 year old mom. After the police arrrives at store she lies and says thatIi was rude and she was just about to give me my extra croutons to look good in front of officers.



This is a disgrace and is this the kind of image mcdonald's wants to portray? It makes me sad because poor will flip burgers for awhile with that demeanor, she should not be in any kind of management position.
