My wife and I have been insured by this office for over twenty years. Mike took the office over around five years ago, and he seemed very professional and caring. We have our home, life and three automobiles insured through this agency. After experiencing some bad luck and filing a few claims, we were notified that they were dropping our auto policies. Mike told me he was sending State Farm an appeal and would keep us informed of any response. After a week I didn't hear anything. Numerous messages went unanswered. He never seemed to be in the office. I finally got a hold of him and he assured me that it shouldn't be an issue, but he would absolutely stay on top of it. He promised that I would not be dropped without prior notice. "He would never let me go uninsured". I called him Monday December 12th. He wasn't in, so I had to leave another message. He never returned my call. Today we opened a letter stating that we are not insured AS OF TODAY!! I understand that some things are out of his control, but he could have been more diligent and given us some time to find coverage elsewhere. After 20 years I would have expected at least that much courtesy
