Provided by YP.comI agree. They suck. I had an appointment to get my trackpad fixed. This would have been the 4th time. In the past I was able to have it fixed the same day. Today was not the case. I had to get them to call another store to get it fixed today so I can work tomorrow. I will never buy another Apple product.

Provided by YPmobileJust was yelled at by an associate because I complained under my breath about having an appointment and not being seen after 45 minutes. Don't come to this store! Worst store ever!
