I located Reyco Rods & Restorations on the internet and emailed the owner Alan Reynolds. At first Alan was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. I decided to go to Florida and meet with him in order to set up a build sheet. In March of 2012 I signed a contract with Alan for him to build me a custom 1927 Ford Roadster. I gave Alan $4377.00 as a down payment. Alan told me it should take 30 days to build the car, but no more than 60 days. Fast forward 11 months later, I still don’t have a car. Alan is full of excuses and is a very good CONMAN. Alan finally agreed to have my roadster completed by Christmas and he would pay for the shipping to my house since it took so long. I called Alan after Christmas and learned the roadster still wasn’t done. I then asked for my money back. Alan agreed to give me my money back, but never did. I again call Alan and this time asked him to make a deal with me. I wanted him to give me the roadster “as is” for the money I already pay. Alan agreed to that and I contacted a shipper to go get the vehicle. The next day Alan shut off his phone and didn’t return my calls. I then got a text from him asking for another $1698.00. Alan said he believed that was a fair deal. Since I had no other choice I agreed to pay him the extra money, but I wanted him to finish some things on the car before I paid him. Alan agreed to that and I sent my shipper with a check to get what I thought would be a 90% completed roadster. My shipper then called me and told me Alan didn’t finish anything he told me he would. Since I had no other choice I gave Alan the money and at least got something for it. I also did some more research on Reyco Rods and met another guy who also had the exact same experience as me. That guy had to sue Alan in order to get a judgment against him. He still hasn’t seen any money from Alan. My goal is to make sure no one else goes through what we have and no one else has Alan build them a car. Alan is a very good CONMAN and will say anything to take your money. He uses your money to pay off other debt he has and you will never get your car from him.

I Gave Alan Reynolds the owner of Reyco Rods and Restoration Inc. Located 213 S. 2nd Street, Leesburg, Florida $5,000.00 Cash Deposit to build a Fiberglass Kit Car.A Contract/Sales Agreement Was Signed by both of us , so this should tell somenoe of his Character in doing business. He Delivered Nothing. He gave me no explanation to why he did this. I even Offered him a compromise, He agreed to a compromise and still did not supply anything, Period. I Filed a claim in Lake County Clerk of Courts. After Two (2) Hearings A Judgment was awarded. Case Number 2012SC002288. This Is a Matter of Public Record in the Official Book of Records in both Lake County Florida Clerk of Courts Office, On Web Site and in the Official Book of records in the State of Forida On Web Site sunbiz.org. I would not recommend anyone, under any circumstances ,doing business with Alan Reynolds or his company Reyco Rods and Restoration, Inc.

Herrell Plumbing: I had been a...

Herrell Plumbing: I had been a loyal customer for this Plumbing company for a couple of years and used them a few times when in need of a plumber. I was satisfied with the service prior to the most recent visit. I was told the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced--sort of "deja vu" since the same company had replaced the mentioned faucet about two years ago... I went ahead and purchased a new faucet which Herrell plumbing then installed.. Two days after installation, a big leak under the kitchen sink! I called Herrell and was assured the plumber would come in a few

hours which he did (a different plumber from two days prior). He then "thightened the nozzle" and charged a full $95.00 dollars for the visit. They did not warrant the installation service not even for one week!!! I thought it was a rip-off; they didn't do it right the first time and I had to pay again; between the installation, faucet and second visit this ordeal cost me close to $400.00. Now we all know plumbers are a species one tries to avoid for obvious reasons BUT I thought Herrell Plumbing should have appreciated my repeated business and give me some sort of break regarding the leak under the sink. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
