My experience is with Beth Lynch from CFRP Realty. Bad experience that made my company lose money. In my business opinion (and I do have vast experience) Beth does not care about the owners' best interest.

I would never list a property with her. She caused one of the owners a lease loss of almost $70,000

I am very disappointed in my interaction with this company. Specifically Beth Lynch. I attempted to make an appointment with her. She had no regard for my time and was attempting to make appointments a week out. I even called the owner, John to discuss my issues and never received a return call. When I reviewed their company on Facebook, Beth said she was going to sue me. She began harassing me and I had to block her on facebook. I would be very cautious of the company.
