Long story short: The staff miscommunicated about the cost (even w/ insurance) on the first visit. I felt rushed and the initial visits seemed extremely impersonal. He was not sensitive to the financial burden of meeting a high deductible. Was slammed unneccesarily with two MRIs costing $400/each. The office is very high-tech, "cutting edge" but definitely not personal or as caring as I'd hoped.
