After some initial delays, work has started on my project. Mike, the owner, contacted me immediately after seeing my complaint online. They were running far behind schedule, but Mike has assured me that the company will meet my expectations over the next two weeks as the pavers are being installed and my screen enclosure is being built. I will post an update as the job progresses. I look forward to working toward a positive outcome for all.

Let The Truth Be Know - This Company STINKS!!! Stay as far away from these people as humanly possible... This company’s Sales Rep came to our home with glowing assurance that the basic sunroom extension (with paving) was an “easy job” and that 1) the contract would include the acquisition of a permit upon which time the work would begin immediately, 2) the job would be completed long before three months time, 3) payment for half the amount was needed upfront as “security” to them however, we had to write two separate checks: one to Florida Pool Enclosure and another A Better Pavers, and 4) our contract could be cancelled within 42 hours giving us ample to read it thoroughly however, both checks were cashed within the hour. After FOUR weeks neither the Sales rep. nor a company management contacted us. When we called City Hall, we discovered the permit had not been issued. When we contacted their office it was immediately apparent there was not one in charge nor was the Sales Rep ever available. Another THREE weeks later after the permit was finally issued, the pavers arrived, laid the pavers and a manager showed up to request full payment for what work they did. We paid them. However, they left our rattan deck furnishings in a pile unprotected in our lawn along with all their debris. And they did not cap the sprinklers causing the pavers to shift and flood the paved area. Within a few weeks grass already began to grow between paving. ONE week after that, workers came to installed the screen. It’s clear that the contractual statement, “committed to satisfaction” is in the interest of company and NOT the consumer. This is obvious because No Courtesy Calls were made to determine the quality of their work. I would say to everyone to avoid this company at all cost. Disgruntled customer

i am more than 100% satisfied with florida pool enclosures. The job they did was second to none, and the service plan they provided was absolute perfection. i would higly recomend them to anyone.
