We stayed here for 5 nights, July 1-5..and we will never go back. Had I not booked it through Expedia we would have gone elswhere within the first 10 min. When we got to the hotel, there computerw were down and we were told it would be about 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes. After travelling for hours, the last thing you want to do is wait 30 minutes for your room! They told us we would be getting an "upgrade" for our trouble, however there was no upgrade. Then to top it all off, the internet was down the first 2 days, and after it was up again, turns out our section of the building didnt get reception. The towels were thin, and the rooms are mediocre. You could hear customers all around you at breakfast complaining about the service (or lack therof) Trust me, with all the hotels in Florida to choose from, dont waste your money on this one. (By the way, the pictures do not look like the real thing.) Horrible experience.

I have never seen such a disappointing display of customer service. From check in to check out. The young man in the parking lot had an attitude, the guy behind the front desk at check in was so disinterested in his job that he barely acknowledged us - and when he did, there was no smile to be found and he was actually rude. Room service made it seem like we were such an inconvenience, we actually told them "nevermind" before our order was complete and when we called about the fridge not working we were met with sarcasm and a promise to send a maintence man which never showed up. The breakfast was good - but again, the employees were miserable. I have never seen a staff dislike their jobs more than this bunch. The owner should pay more attention to the people that are representing this hotel - or maybe the owner is the one promoting such an ugliness. Whatever the case, there are too many hotels in Central Florida to ever waste our money here again. The room was $70 - had it been
