Poor customer service! Took laptop in for new screen. They fixed it, but they also shorted out the battery while they had it. It went in working perfectly, came out dead/unchargeable.

Took unit back to investigate, got rude denial saying they didn't do anything with the battery. Sure that's true - they did not intentionally - but it's pretty easy to affect other areas of electronics while working on them without meaning to. Or they blew it by using a universal power cord instead of mine (which they refused). I don't claim to know everything, but I have a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, so I'm fairly well versed on the topic, and the line of garbage Josh gave me was bull!

So to conclude, they damaged my product, denied it, treated me rudely, and then offered to sell me a new battery at a "discount" (3X Amazon's price). To top it off, the new screen they installed has a small defect that drives me nutz.

If you go there, hope it goes well for you! I was not that lucky.

Great place and fast service. Had my iPad air screen replaced. Thought it would be a arm and leg but not the case here. Very affordable repair. Thanks guys!!
