I went to Jamestown because they were listed as a TravelPro repair center. Unfortunately, they did not inform me that they would not be using TravelPro parts. The original wheels I had to pay to replace were metal with a hard rubber tread. The wheels they used are all plastic with a soft rubber tread. Not worth the $50 they charged for the repair. And when my wife picked up the bag and asked for a receipt, the shop staff became extremely rude. I will never use them again.
