Kids foot locker has wonderful customer service. They are helpful and patient.

We returned a pair of Nike sneakers where we purchased 3 days ago because the shoe quality was awful and we paid $100. Kids Foot Locker refused to take them back after 3 normal wearings. We told them we always buy Nike and never had this issue so we only asked for exchange initially but after resistance we requested full refund and they declined both. We now refuse to go shop at any of them. We will now contact Nike and the DM of kids foot locker to express our displeasure.
