It's rather unfortunately what "rloveland" said in 2008, but that definitely wasn't my experience. I believe we've been taking our children to Kinderoo since around 2005. First our oldest when she was 2 1/2 until 6 yrs old and our middle child from 2 months until maybe 2. We only stopped taking them because we moved over 20 minutes away and they were unable to pickup the older one from school (too far away!).

The wife & I recently had our third child and decided to make the trip back to our old daycare, even though we had been using ones nearby. We just felt more comfortable with Angela (the owner) and her staff to take care of our newborn.

We always receive tons of feedback from the staff, such as papers showing daily naptimes, feedings, amounts, etc. Angela is always cheery with her english accent greeting us 'hi' and 'goodbye'. We've always felt welcome and always felt more than comfortable with our babies in their care.

Do not take your child to this daycare. The owner is incompetent, has no idea how to manage the facility, staff or accounting and her attitude towards parents? Wow disgusting.. Half the teachers are not certified to perform the tasks they are made to do. Kids are being bullied and nothing is done about it. This place is appalling! It doesn't even deserve a 1 rating!!
