They did a great job in my car accident case. I contacted a couple of other firms and felt like a number. I called Kramer b/c I heard him on the radio. I am glad I did. I felt like they really were looking out for me and had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend. Awesome.

I am very disappointed by this law firm and how this handled my divorce case.

Joanne C. was assigned to my divorce case and sat on the case so long (6 months) that the lawyer from the other side had filed injunction for delay of the case and judge ruled for me to pay the other side. You have to pull teeth to get a call back or answer to an email. They just don't care. I had to walk out of there twice because I had to wait 45 minutes each time to see someone eventhough I had made appoints on certian times and they still did not care. This firm is terrible. They do nothing but charge a monthly fee. Poor customer service, way too expensive for the services provided. Lost the paperwork I submitted and asked for it numerous times. The longer they drag your case out the more money they make and that's what they are doing. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. Run away.

I have frequently sought legal advice (Divorce & Foreclosure) from Kramer Law Firm over the past few years. Just recently I contacted the office regarding a legal matter, and Steve Kramer personally took the time to speak with me regarding my options.



Steve and his office staff has been quite attentive to my legal matter while keeping me informed throughout the process.



When dealing with matters that involve the law, not only do you want a skilled knowledgeable attorney, you want someone you trust, and for me and my family that is attorney Steven Kramer.

I was attracted to the Kramer law firm because of the 10.0 Avvo rating. I had them handle a divorce case, and after eight months nothing was done until my urging. When pressed to work and money running out, they dropped the case.

Poor customer service, way too expensive for the services provided. Lost the paperwork I submitted and asked for it numerous times - luckily I emailed and kept everything I sent. My lawyer left the firm and they never even told me. Do NOT waste your time or money with Kramer law firm - they are not worth it.

I had been putting off doing a will and estate planning for a number of years. I finally decided to call Steven Kramer and I am extremely glad that I did. They called me into the office and thoroughly explained everything that I would need to have and needed to take care of. Michael Merrill (Estate Planning) was extremely patient, pleasant, and thorough. He answered every question I had and went through the contracts step by step and made me feel extremely comfortable asking him to explain certain aspects of the language within. Mr. Kramer stopped by the office we were in to say hello, and to see if everything was to my satisfaction (which it was).



I highly recommend the Kramer firm and will absolutely use them for future legal matters.

Kramer did a really good job in my case. They were good about always calling me back and updating me (which is a nice change of pace from another lawyer I had). I always felt like that had my case under control. I would recommend using them to my friends and family.

Mr. Kramer was able to help my family get out of a foreclosure case and save our home. His staff was always courteous and helpful. They did a great job with our case. I would highly recommend for anyone fighting a foreclosure.

Mike Merrill is a new attorney and never returns phone calls. He is slow to get things done, and that ends up costing the client. I would not recommend this firm to anyone in the Altamonte/Orlando area. It is very frustrating when you pay thousands of dollars and are stuck in a contract, where you are at their mercy. I would advise you do your homework and find yourself an attorney with some experience and who is proactive, not reactive.
