I went to this barber shop today because my usual barber was unavailable. The young lady who cut my hair was nice and polite until I told her I didn't like how she cut my hair. I was very specific in detail on how I wanted my hair cut. She rushed. Now it looks like my hairline is receding. I told her its not how I asked her to cut my hair. All I wanted her to do was listen to me explain again to her how I wanted it so she could realize what she did wrong. She told me it was a matter of opinion. I was blown away! As if my opinion wasn't the one that mattered the most and I was wrong. She was trying to tell me my hairline was already like that. She still wanted me to pay. Yeah...Right...not me. I am so upset my whole day and possibly week is ruined. I am a 21 year old Black woman my hair is great! No way is my hairline receding. I'm even more angry because she wouldn't even try to see her mistake or apologize. Terrible customer service. Never again.
