We have been to Flanagan's on numerous occasions and I am concerned that the restaurant is not going to survive. It seems that the owners and management are running their very first restaurant and bar and have no experience. When customers complain about waiting too long or if their server doesn't return to fill drinks, the managers don't step up and help out. It is very unorganized and very unprofessional. Another problem that happens is when the food comes out of the kitchen (it has been ordered on the same check) the food twice has come out 20 mins. apart. What is up with this? Why don't they have a food coordinator helping the servers and the chef load the cooked food?

By writing this note, we hope to help the owners understand that they do have a very nice place but it has been almost a year and they are losing customers daily. One customer commented to me recently that you have to know a waiter personally to get service! That's probably true but they just need to ask while seating the patrons, "What can I bring you to drink while you are waiting on your server?" That would be about 50% of a correction on their part.
