Groomers are amazing!
They seem to really love what they do and love the pets in their care!

Grooming salon is the absolute worst. Had an appointment at three today to get my shih tzu groomed. Made the appointment a week ago. Get back to the salon at 630 to seer what was taking so long to find out that my dog had not even been started. Had the groomer get the manager. All I have to say about him is I have had better conversations with the wall. The only thing he could come up with to say is that I wouldn't be charged for my visit. Do yourself a favor if you want your dog groomed go anywhere else but here

I’ve never been as offended in a store as I was by a worker at Petco in Altamonte Springs, FL today. I was headed to the check-out as a Petco female worker named Dusty stopped me to ask what type of dog food I use. She acted horrified and even made a gagging hand signal by sticking her finger in her mouth and making a gagging noise when I told her I feed my dogs Iams. She proceeded to talk to me about Blue Buffalo dog food and the benefits of having grain free food. She said they sell Iams and Science Diet at Petco to make their customers happy but there’s a reason that they put it in the far corner hidden in the store. She continued on explaining how great Blue Buffalo is in comparison. I told her I’d just purchased a 40lb bag of food recently but that I would consider Blue Buffalo in the future. She tried to convince me to buy a small bag of Blue Buffalo and mix it with the Iams food but I told her I wasn’t ready to buy more food since I’d just purchased a new bag. To this point, she was quite condescending but nothing that I couldn’t overlook. However, after I told her I wasn’t buying the Blue Buffalo today for the last time, she said “Well, grain in pet foods has been linked to causing cancer in dogs, so GOOD LUCK WITH THAT”. I have never been so offended. I take great care of my dogs and treat them like my children. I only buy them dogfood with the first ingredient being a meat because I know that is better for them. This lady was extremely rude and unbelievably condescending. It was apparent that she must’ve been getting some type of incentive to push the Blue Buffalo food but I have never before witnessed such unprofessionalism.
