Great company! As an owner it is hard to find a company that understands my needs. After having a problem tenant that did not take care of my home, I know how important it can be to have a good company looking out for you. They make sure that my tenant follows the rules and takes care of my house, exactly what a management company should do! Nick is great and is always there when I need him. This company is so unprofessional. They wrongfully took our deposit after Nancy Guarandino told us via text message that we would not be losing it since she was aware of the problems. I never received the letter for the deposit and it was only until I physically drove to the office that I was able to find out they took our entire deposit. After trying to fight for it back they responded that we took too long to respond(obviously we took too long because we NEVER received the letter and after emailing the company asking where it was, they then informed me it was sent back). It is beyond dishonest and sneaky how all of it happened.

Maintenance requests were not completed, but were marked as completed. We lived in a roach infested apartment that they said we caused, but there were countless bottles of bug spray under the sink when we moved in, some even labeled for german cockroaches. We had rats living in our ceiling for months before someone came out. The exterminator told us that they died in the walls and that is what was causing the smell and flies we had in our apartment for months. We were accused of damages that were already on the walk through sheet. My calls and emails were ignored even when it came down to urgent matters like a severe leak that was in my room ceiling fan and caused damage to my belongings.


After leaving one pile of trash, an umbrella and a piece of salmon in the freezer our entire deposit was wrongfully taken and after messaging them about going to court they replied with a cold sarcastic, "sounds good". I paid my rent on time every month, I put in my maintenance requests as soon as possible and even spent my own hard earned money to rid the apartment of pests, I did everything the right way and still am accused of lies. It's just cruel to take money from hardworking college students that PLEADED for help with the roach infestation, but we were forced to leave the lease early because it was a matter of health and sanitation living there.

People are rude and do not answer emails or voicemails, avoid this company if possible. Wish we had, it is very frustrating dealing with so called property management company, all they care about is getting the rent, anything else doesn't matter. You have been warned!

I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is to work with this management company. I am a renter in one of their properties. I have ongoing issues in the property and all maintenance does is pass the buck. I pay my rent EVERY month on time and care for the home as if it were my own. If you have good tenants...you seriously risk losing them with the way this management company treats them!

Rented my house out in 2 weeks! Excellent! Super easy to work with and very knowledgable about the industry and even got me more then I thought I could for rent!!! Also have very reasonable and competitive fees and prices. Will definitely use them again!!! It would be a mistake to go anywhere else! Can't say enough good things about them :)

I switched to then because I was unhappy with my old property management company and they have been great! They got rid of my problem tenant that the old company placed,and found me a new one that has been great and is paying an even higher rent. Anyone who owns an investment property that wants to have it managed by people who care you need to call Presidential Group. They are the best!

Can't get the property Mgr. To call or email me back after trying to find out about property(s) for rent. The person at main office answering phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and acted like my business meant Nothing to them. I would not do business with this company!
