I placed a cake order with them on Feb. 09, 2010 for my little girl's party on Feb. 26, 2010. The baker stated "We only have 2 toys for this cake available and one is taken!" So I placed my order thinking everything was set. Today is Feb. 22, 2010 four day away from the party. I called them only to change my order from a 1/4 sheet to a 1/2 sheet cake; but to my surprise the bakery could not make my cake at all. They said the toy is now on their back order and that they were going to call me today to let me know. I should have thought twice before ordering the "Princess Tiana” cake from there because the cake picture was not even being advertised in the cake books. They had it put away in a bin, but because the baker stated that they have one left. I placed my order with confidence thinking everything would be alright. The baker was not sorry for the inconvenience she placed on me nor did she try to fix the problem they made. Think twice before ordering from this Publix Bakery......
