Sonia Woolfenden is the most disgusting and hateful person I've ever known. She reports false information to a third party just because I told her that I don't want her to be my agent anymore. She's a scam, every month my coverage would increased, and she couldn't give me an explanation for the increased in my auto insurance coverage. People beware of this woman, she will tarnish your driving records. She's a wolf in sheep's clothing.
