Stellar Cable should not be in business. They have the worst cable. Their largest package only has about 80 worthless channels, and it costs about $110.00 per month. The worst thing is that they specialize in apartment complexes and create a deal with the owner/management, to limit competition so that the residents can't choose another cable company. My apartment is starting a petition to management to get rid of Stellar, which is not at all Steller--more like stale.
