So a nice Saturday out with my girlfriend was completely ruined by our experience at the TGI Friday's in Altamonte Springs, FL. My girls drink came out but to our shock..... it had a shrimp in it! A Half eaten shrimp!!!! The server and service was terrible! They didn't even notice a shrimp in the drink when it was brought out. On top of that it took forever for the manager to come out and apologize and even then all she did was take off a drink from the bill. We were so angry and disgusted we barely wanted to eat. Also it took forever for the bill and any kind of service. I will not eat here ever again and probably not at any TGI Fridays ever again! I suggest no one else do either unless they want half eaten food in their drinks and have a desire to get food poisoning.

The food is very good here. I suggest the chicken and shrimp meal.
