One of best cleaners in town i ve been to . Their alteration (i have done hemming, mainly.) was done on the site. They do the same day cleaning and my suits/shirts always look clean and nice thanks to them.

I had the worst experience at this dry cleaners, and will never go back again. I went to go pick up a batch of shirts and pants I had left to be dry cleaned, and at the same time dropped off a second batch. The next morning as I was getting dressed for work, I noticed that in the first batch I had picked up the previous days, 100% of the shirts (10 of them) had some sort of noticeable fabric rip in the very same exact spot (it looks like it was from a mechanical issue in the pressing process). I went the next day to pick up the second batch which had two shirts and noticed that the same thing happened to those shirts. I told the owner about it (along with the first batch I had brought back) and explained to him that clearly those rips appeared to have been caused by a mechanical issue in his shop. He said to leave it with him that he was going to try to fix it. He didn't make me pay for the second batch of dry cleaned clothes (red flag - means he knows he's guilty). The next day I went to pick up the 12 damaged shirts, which he neatly sealed up again as if they were just pressed (they were already pressed anyways, not sure why he did that) and he acted as if he fixed the issue and told me to have a nice day (trying to get me to go out the door quick - another red flag of guilt). I inspect the shirts and noticed he did absolutely nothing to fix them (I didn't expect him to, as they are beyond repair) so I confront him about it. He started mumbling and pressing random buttons on his computer, then casually walks to where another pile of clothes were and started sorting them. I kept asking him if he was going to do anything about it or if he has insurance to cover the damage but he said no. I can go on and on about his mannerisms but I would rather sum it up to say that he acted like he was guilty (he couldn't hide it well) and didn't accept responsibility. In total, he ruined 12 shirts that are each worth $55-$90. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. Clearly, I will never go back to this place.
