Worst car wash I've ever seen. Had to take my Camaro to him twice and still looked like crap! Took my wife's infinity and figured maybe I had to pay more, 40 bucks and still looked like crap! For 40 bucks and can't even get the floor vacuumed properly smh.

After having a manager scream and yell at my husband because he said he wasn't going to get the bugs off the front of the vehicle after putting it through the wash 2 times we had to get the owner involved. This has to be the WORST car wash I have ever been to. I would've rated my experience with 0 stars if I could've!

They really rush rush through your vehicle - missing spots. U pay for the wheel deal and yet they do not remove all the grime.

I have used auto butler for years, but after today's visit, I won't be back. After getting the best wash I also paid to have interior cleaned and armor alled. My vehicle came out of the wash bay and sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes before someone opened the doors. The vehicle sat for another 25 minutes unattended to. Then a different guy walked up to it and shut the doors and yelled my vehicle was ready. I told him the interior had not been touched and sat back down. He walked away from the vehicle and it sat another 15 minutes unattended. Finally a guy walks out, sprays window cleaner on the interior door panels and wipes them with a towel. No armor all, didn't bother doing console or dash. He too yelled that the vehicle was ready. I walked up and asked him if they quit doing tires and he acted like I asked him to cut off his right arm..... In a pissy attitude he grabbed the tire cleaner/shiner and sloppily threw it on my tires, splashing it all over the clean fenders of my car and the tire rims, and then slammed the cleaner can down on the ground. At this point I was just ready to go. As I drive away I called auto butler and asked for the owner. I was told "she" doesn't work here. When I asked if I could get a message to her I was asked; " do you have a question or do you just want to complain." Essentially I paid $60 to have my vehicle driven through a wash cycle. Windshield is more smeared than it was when I got there. Interior still has dust on dash and console, the leather looks dry because instead of armor all they used aerosol window cleaner, and obviously the owner doesn't care! Pitiful place. I see another vacant property for sale in Alton if they continue to screw people like this!
