The prices seemed fair and the sales associates all seemed freindly when i purchased a $1500 vanity for my wife for christmas. upon opening the box I noticed a crack in the mirror and a dent on the corner of one of the cabinets. I reported the damages to county appliances when the store re-opened after christmas. They sent a guy out to take photos and I didn't get a response from County Appliances for aboutg a month. I had to call them back and remind them about me. I was told they would send someone else out to take photos and again I had to call them back. This kind of poor service has been going on since Jan '08 and it is now May 28th and I still have not had this resolved. That is almost 6 months waiting for a mirror and a cabinet. I have seen entire strip malls built in this amount of time. I have been told repeatedly that " it will be here next week" or "only the manager can do that". Would I evr shop there again? only if I really want to be strung along for a very time.
