SCAM: Terrible customer service and misrepresentation of goods
I purchased a pair of boots and emailed minutes later because I realized they were a knock off brand.

The owner, Bill, responded saying he didn’t offer refunds and offered no recourse. I offered to pay the credit card processing fee if he would cancel the order as the item was not what I wanted.

Order from someone with values and ethic. Avoid B and M Military Surplus at all costs.
