Extremely RUDE director. The funeral home director was rude to guest, family, friends and his own staff. Absolutely the worst experience. Arrangements were changed to the director liking and not what family had previously arranged. Then to top it off the vault was too small for the casket. And once again the director was rude to family and friends. Then gave 15 minutes notice late that evening of the burial, most family did not make it back in time for the burial. Worst experience ever.

This was an awful experience. Any family considering this funeral home, please reconsider. We used another funeral home for a loved one only a few months prior and had a much better experience. Not only did they way over charge, for the same type casket, vault, etc, but they did not even order the correct size vault! After being told what our family wanted to have at the service for our loved one, the director took it upon himself to "cancel" a professional singer we wanted to have sing for the service,also a piano player we had. He insisted this was at the family's request which was a bold face lie. Also after being repeatedly asked to take our loved one's thumb print so that we could have memorial jewelry and key chains made, he first said they could, then he would have to check into it. We provided him the stuff to take the thumbprint with and have yet to get it. When we arrived to bury her is when we were told her casket didn't fit. We went back barely in time to see her lowered.
