I love our Ace Hardware in Altoona. Had several screens and a window replaced and service was great. Very helpful staff. If the person had a problem with his snowblower why didn't he pick it. he took it there then pick it up. Also can't think of a big box store that would fix your snowblower.

Had a snow blower serviced at this store. Their 'delivery service' left a lot to be desired. We waited at home 3 different times for them to deliver our snow blower back to us and never showed up. The same reason.....we were busy. I understand being busy but is it too much to ask for a simple phone call to let us know. That just lacks customer service or common courtesy. Small stores like this can't compete with the big box stores on prices so they need to compensate with good customer service. This was a total failure on their part. Will never go back. I can get the same type of 'service' at a big box store.
