WOW! It's appalling that the people of Altoona have to live with such an incompetent bunch of pigs serving for them. Fortunately I am only a student living here, but from my experience it took a long time to finally talk to someone on the phone and even when I did, I received a mocking voicemail when I didn't answer my phone in class. Seriously, they have office hours designated for answering the phone and they don't even do that. WOW!!!

All APD cares about is drug offenses, which is extremely against freedom. This place is nothing but a den of pigs and a smudge on society.

What a joke! The police DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! WHAT IF THERE IS OR WAS AN INCEIDENT TAKING PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY....WHERE R U GUYS!
