They have, by far, the worst customer service! The guy who I spoke with hung up on me before I could even ask him questions. He said that he will send a cab, 40 minutes passed and no cab arrived. So I called him again and inquired about the cab I requested and he said "oh we'll send one over" and I was furious because he was suppose to send one 40 minutes ago!! So another 25 minutes pass and still no cab! So I called again and he ignored my call! Then I called again and this time he was raising his voice at me saying that he told he would send and cab and to stop calling! Each phone call I was polite and did not raise my voice, but he was yelling at me, For What?! Not doing his job!! So I ended up taking the bus, which I would've done in the first place if I had known that it would've taken an hour for a cab to arrive!!

I don't even want to give this service a star! But I had to in order to give this review.

Had to give atleast one star or I wouldn't be able to do a review. They are unprofessional, they lie to you about their wait times, and their cabs are filthy.. and look as if they're not cleaned ever.. they need to go out of business so another cab company can come up in their place... terrible service, wouldn't recommend and I'd intentionally tell friends not to use that service.

This is a terrible Taxi service. We requested a Taxi to pick up my wife and I for dinner at our hotel. The taxi was 20 minutes late. We went to dinner about 2 mies from the hotel. When we were finishing dinner, I called the company to request a pick-up. After 30 minutes, I called again and was told the taxi would be there in a few minutes. After 15 more minutes. I called a third time. They said it would be 6 minutes, but I heard the driver on the radio in the background say it would take 10 minutes. The woman on the phone also said it was the end of the month, so it takes longer??? No relevance to my pick-up request! We called a forth time after 10 minutes and my wife was told that we were "lucky to be getting picked up" and again"it was the end of the month". Very rude! If we had known it would take almost an hour to be picked up, we would have called when we arrived. Then we could have been picked up when we finished our dinner instead of waiting an hour after dinner. We will never use this company again and will advise others traveling to Altoona not to count on Blair Cab Inc. Driver was nice, but dispatching is a disgrace.
