College Park is a great starter apartment for anyone just getting out there on their own. Everything is include (even internet and cable) but heat and elec. Get area and your right next to the campus. They have a bus that runs all day to get to your classes if you don't want to drive. There is a laundry place in the office. The only bad thing is it is on a hill and that hill can get pretty bad during the winter so watch out for that. They do keep it well clean but there usually not there over the weekends so I wouldn't plan on traveling much during the snowy season.
