I would like to get together with the OWNER to suggest ways to improve the experience in the store. My son and I went there shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Sunday April 19th. The clerk was not present at the counter, but somewhere down to the right. I do not know if she was on the phone,or had someone down at the other end of the counter, as I did not look. She appeared soon enough at the cash register area to ring up our purchase. He and I were looking at the e-Liquids, and called someone else on a cell phone to inquire whether or not they wanted some, and if so, which flavor. The lady, who, according to the receipt was named "Regina" had gone back down to the opposite end, doing whatever it was she was doing. My son and I were considering what WE were doing, not paying attention to if she was on the phone having a personal conversation--- or if she had a visitor or customer she was talking to. When I walked straight back towards the e-liquids that were on the wall, and I will add here 'Not behind any counter' She (Regina?) started saying something like; "Hold on there! You are behind the counter!' I immediately backed up and said" I did not know. Don't you want to sell anything there?" I could not tell you what she was saying, as her tone was inappropriate and I figure the best thing to do is leave. I was immediately heading to the door. Unfortunately, she continued to rain her wrath down upon us. All I wanted to do is get out before my adult son might start reacting to her. He did call back to her "You should put up a sign". So here is my suggestion. Put up a rope or something similar at the end of the counter to mark off the territory where a customer is not to go. I was not behind any counter, but beside it, where the E liquids are. My son and I were in front of the counter, by the left end of the counter discussing e-liquids for at least 45 seconds while she was perhaps way down to the right on the other side of the counter either on the phone, or speaking in person with an unseen person. I am sorry, but she was inattentive to us, and then inappropriately rude to us. If there is closed curcuit video of the entire event, please preview it. If SHE is the owner, I will not go there again.
