The service you get in here is really good. The guy who I spoke with was very helpful and could answer all my questions, ended up buying a phone off of him. Very friendly and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help.



I hate to say it but some of the people who worked in there seemed kinda like typical "slimy" sales associates. Especially one employee who I heard get off the phone with a customer and start making fun of her and mimicking her voice. Later I heard the same guy making smart comments to another employee about a customer who had just left the store. Just seemed pretty juvenile to me. But the overall service was good, I would just work on professionalism.

They were actually friendly!! The reps actually greeted me instead of me feeling like a number. I was in and out too, no wait! Best experience around for Verizon.
