The absolute worst cab company. Scheduled a pick up one week in advance, told them what time to pick up and where to take. They had to be called after they didn't show up and then had the wrong destination. the person picked up missed their appointment due to them. Being a cab company isn't rocket science, you basically pick up someone on time and drive them to a destination!! C all another cab company or better yet, pay a friend or family member.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They are terrible!! I have never had a positive experience with them. Friday pushed me over the edge. After 2 hours of waiting for my cab and calling them they couldn't even give me an estimate when the cab driver would be here. I called several times to see where they are and when they figured it was me on the phone they would hang up. Needless to say the cab never even came. They need to get a better system! This town needs uber and to put yellow cab out of business!!! Horrible service. I hate yellow cab!

AWFUL & UNRELIABLE SERVICE! The dispatch hung up on us, the cab was 30 minutes late once and never even bothered to show up the second time. We were actually insulted and asked to stop calling! Save yourself some time and energy: carry cash on you and call the other cab company. I suspect that the individuals who rated this company with more than the bare minimum were paid to do so.

I was at martins i called yellow cab this big bicker looking guy got out and got all my groccies in his cab made me fell real comfortable very concert to my needs and very helpful and apolized for the wait that they were really buzzy looks are deaving he is a sweet heart and made me laugh and i had a lot of fun I'm talking yellow cab for now on. i hope i get him again i was having a bad day he made me fell good his name is steve and he drives cab 10

VERY poor service and a very poor customer service as well was hung up on twice and prior i called this place and got left carrying grocery's from the store home a good 10 mile walk . waited an hour over the time they gave me as well. don't recommend these people at all. I have to rate you as well just know i wouldn't even rate you one star im forced to rate you one star.

I'M customer off yellow cab. company I thought it was a good company un tell I got in the cab I did not know the driver so I felt un safe and I couldn't wait to get to my job. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GET IN YELLOW CAB COMPANY.

Terrible company! I used Yellow Cab for a year until they got new dispatchers in Jan 2012, after which the 2 male dispatchers (who are brothers) didn't know how to dispatch (waiting til a cab is empty in Altoona before sending one out of Altoona? What happened to taking customers in any sort of order?), were both rude (one told me that "people going to work are more important than your trip to the grocery store"), and one time left me stranded in Altoona for 3 hours when they had cabs free (I know this because the driver told me). A written complaint was given to the manager, who did nothing. When I called her to check she had the nerve to correct me on the time I had ordered the cab (!!!) - I was off by 10 minutes, oooh - and said she was "looking into it". I never heard back. The final straw was tonight when I was told the taxi would be 30 minutes and when I called after 45 to check on the status I was told they had not even dispatched it because they had to wait until a cab was free in Altoona before they could send one to Hollidaysburg. That makes no sense because that means everyone who called from Altoona later than I would get a taxi in 10 minutes. Why tell me 30 minutes when apparently they had np inyention of coming then? When I complained to the dispatcher he said "you're not the only customer, you know". I told him to screw off and cancel the cab. Then I called their competitor, who said Yellow Cab had only 2 cabs out - on a Saturday night?? I have heard this from the Yellow drivers a lot, that they don't have enough cabs out and it's pissing the regulars off. Since I used Yellow about 3 times a week at $30-$40 a shot, they have just lost a lucrative customer to Blue and White.

This cab company is a joke. You have a girl on night shift that is stealing, I mean by not turning on the meter and changing people more then the fair itself. She has a GPS and still takes people out of their way. You have a driver "Josh" and everytime I get in his cab it smells like weed. My friends and I complain numerous times and they both are still working there. Are you that hard up for drivers? Then there is "Nick" who is on methodone and is still driver people around! Then there is "Lisa" that is screwing the boss and acts just like the owners and treats customers like crap! Let's not forget "amy and Ross" which was caught stealing from a drivers envelope and blamed it on "Sharon" and they still work there.The dispatcher "Ross" hangs up on you when you call for a cab and you have to keep calling over and over. When are these people going to do their job? And when are some of these drivers going to wash their ***, they smell like crap! You know who you are. Do you idiots even have a dress code, some of them look like the homeless.

First of all. Yes it's snowing out. But I have somewhere to be. And me and my friend have been waiting for the stupid *** taxi for 2 hours.... And we called your stupid company TWICE, and they said we're 2nd on the list...My ***. This is Altoona... Not New York. It don't take this **** long to pick somone up and drop them off.... In Altoona... You people need to learn to do your jobs right. Seriously. People have places they need to be and you retards screwed my week up. Thanks.
