Let me first say that the food was good and has nothing to do with my issue. The problem is that twice I have paid with a debit card and was over-charged both times. When I noticed the error, I called and was told that if I had a receipt they would give me the overage or apply it to my next meal. I spoke with Araceli herself about the situation who reluctantly gave the extra back after comparing my receipt with the restaurant's copy. She offered no apology because, according to her, it was her banks fault. Pay with cash or keep your receipts until it clears your account in case it "accidentally" happens again.

They have the best steak and shrimp.
