Iam a patient of Dr. Ballard and I am sure glad I was able to get him back as my Dr. He and his staff are Awesome! They listen and are very caring about you and your concerns. I highly recommend them. I can't say enough about them. I think they are Great.

I saw Dr. Dawod at this clinic and need to let people know how i was treated...a little background. I have had a reaccuring blood-clot for 10 years. For the past 3 years i have been taking 5 mg of Warafin (blood thinner), I just moved to Altus from WI where i lived when being treated for this. The Dr that treated me says it is a cronic blood clot, it will never fully disolve. That is why I need to be on the warafin for the rest of my life. I started getting swelling in my leg and pain in the area that i get this blood clot, so i went to Dr. Dawod. He set up an ultrasound and I went to that and the female that did the test checked 3 spots on my leg and said she was done....I was in there for 5 min. I went to Dr. Dawod for the results and he told me my clot was gone. I asked him how could this happen, he says thats what warafin is for after taking 6 months it disolves it... I responded I don't understand I have been on for 3 yrs and it just disappeared? I also mentioned the female doing test didn't check where my leg bothers me....its more towards my groin. He says she checked my leg and never looked like i had one....I again asked how can it just disappear, and that my leg is bothering me very bad. He takes my paper and writes N/C and told me to find a different Dr. So that is what I'm doing.
