We were in town from another state to help our son who is military to set up his first apartment. We dreaded the trip to the nearest town which is 45 miles away because our time was limited and we needed to get as much done as possible. We were told of Smalts from residents of Altus and we decided to stop in to see if it were possible to get what we needed without the travel. We are sooo glad we did. the owners were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Within minutes, we knew we had our son's first sofa! When asked when it could be delivered-we were told by supper time! (Unheard of where we come from. it usually takes at least 4-5 days), and it was 3:00 p.m! Everything we requested was available not to mention the great suggestions for us. Next morning, our son viewed the sofa, liked it immediately, and we had it delivered within minutes. Thanks so much for your help, kind considerations, knowledge, and general down-home customer service. We felt we had made friends.

I HIGHLY recommend this store! I've bought several items here and I like the no pressure, no rush treatment I got here! Was ALWAYS treated like family here! It's quality furniture at reasonable prices! The Free Delivery didn't hurt either! No need to drive to DUKE as the new generation there just wants your money! The customer service is GONE! It's all about YOU when you enter this store! Thanks for caring! I'll be back!
