Nice manager - Rude employee



The Manager is very nice and helpful ... but, the woman working the window has something wrong. I drive-thru ordered, pulled up to the window, and paid for my meal. While the woman working the window was handing my change and order to me I asked nicely, "Can I have some Fire Sauce and extra napkins?" The woman replied, "They already in there," and then handed my sack to me with ZERO napkins and two packets of Original Sauce. I've been visiting Taco Mayo since the 80s when it was in the old building at the corner of Bradford and Main. With my latest experience I won't be visiting the restaurant, anymore, and I'll warn my friends and family.

I've been here twice and will NEVER go back! The first time I went, my order was completely wrong. Instead of good customer service, he blamed me! FINALLY, I got what I ordered, and it wasn't worth writing home about. The second time, we tried the drive-in. She was VERY rude and was not listening to my order at all. Well, after repeating myself three times, she read the order back to me--it was wrong. I corrected her, and then she began rambling about "that's not what you said the first time." By this time, I had had it with them and drove off to another restaurant. I WONT be back, that's for sure!!
