Well, today after 52 years of receiving mail in the city of Altus, I believe that I had the worst experience I have ever had with a mailoan and for sure with the management of the mail facility, Jim Puckett. I've had a problem with the carrier teasing my dogs through the mail slot at my home. I have discussed this with him and told him that was causing the dogs to hate him. Today, I was walking to my vehicle with one of my dogs and the carrier drew his pepper spray and sprayed the animal before it even knew he was there. Bad move, as it hit the animal on his side and caused him to notice him. When I reported the incident, Jim Puckett met me at the counter with a really horrible attitude and threats to me about my animal. They weren't going to do anything about the carrier and it was my fault and how did I know that the carrier teased the animals? Guessing the difficulty in FIRING postal workers have given the authority to treat their customers horribly. Mr. Puckett definitely needs a new profession that he is more suited for, like maybe porta-potty cleaner so that he doesn't ever have to deal with people again!

If there is an alternative, please consider it. I had a package that was not scanned and never arrived. When I called about my package, Jim Puckett told me the courier didn't know who it was delivered to and there was nothing that could be done; that's what insurance was for. Really? How about ensuring proper delivery methods and showing empathy instead of making me feel blamed for your employees incompetency. When I tried to contact anyone else at USPS besides the Altus office in hopes of complaining on Jim and the entire disaster experience that he couldn't care less about, I hit a dead end with Jim being the person I received again.
