I am new to Alva and had to get my car serviced at Washburn Ford Lincoln. I was blown away by nice this place is. They had amazing customer service. My Battery was dead and they sent someone to jump start my vehicle and then had me go to the dealership where they tested it to make sure it was not a bad battery. Turns out the battery was fine and I was on my way. The whole process took less than 15 minutes! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

I have both purchased my vehicles at Washburns as well as had them serviced for years. I have always found them to be friendly and honest. I am amazed by the other reviews. I am sure they are not perfect but as a customer who has been doing business with them for a long time I can tell you they go out of their way to help customers. It is just a really easy place to do business with honest people.

This place is a JOKE!!!! I have never bought a car from this dealership, but I do own a ford and have taken it there for service. On one particular occasion, I needed one spark plug. Should be a basic and easy fix, right? The service manager told me they did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. So I was looking at being without a car for 2 or 3 days. They had it for more like 5 days and over the weekend. When I got the car back, it appeared that someone had been driving it. Now, I cannot say for sure that this happened, but the seatbelt had been adjusted the headlights were on and there were Starbucks trash in my console (never been to Starbucks in my life). Oh and the sparkplug repair was over 300 dollars!!!!! Nice thank you for you using my car all week, you crooks!!!!!! Steer clear people!!

Avoid them at all costs. Even the owner, Kirk Washburn, is rude and does not make any attempt to please his customers. Spent almost $400 replacing a set of lost keys and the service department gave us the wrong keys that only work 20% of the time. Was told by the owners that it is our fault. Made absolutely no effort to replace/refund.
