These people are the BEST!!! Remodeling is stressful but they relieved my stress because they were so extremely helpful and skilled. This is a family based business. Sergio (the son) coordinated everything. His sister is very knowledgeable at picking backsplash to go with the countertop. The Dad cuts the stone and it was PERFECT! With ALL of them, I felt like their biggest goal was to make me happy. They did give me advice and I really appreciated their expertise. I won't go anywhere else when I need work done in the future.

I tried to buy 1 box of tiles for a dyi project. I prepaid on tues. was promised delivery on thurs. I drove there to pick up and it wasn't there. I was told it would be there on the following tues. This time I called on wed. It still wasn't there. No phone calls to tell me what was going on I had to do all the leg work and calling. I asked for a refund. The person at the store didn't know how so I had to wait till the next day. They refunded over the phone. A week later still no refund. I drove up there, they called the bank to find out the funds are supposed to be released that day, still no refund plus I am charged a refund fee out of my refund. No product, and they have kept my money for 2 weeks and I get charged a refund fee. I should have gone to Lowe's or Home depot because I could have gotten my product instantly and if I took it back I would have received a FULL refund instead of being charged for my aggravation.
